01General Terms & Conditions

By using the fabji website and services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and fabji. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the site.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. fabji reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified by email and the site will be updated accordingly.

Fabji does not claim complete immunity from liability for losses arising from technical issues, third-party errors, or other circumstances. However, we are always committed to protecting the interests of our members.

02Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at fabji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older — no exceptions.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information will result in your account being suspended.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required to verify your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

Verification of the mobile number and email provided at registration is mandatory. Some services will be restricted until verification is complete. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is fully completed.

03Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on fabji:

• Minimum bet amount: Each bet must be a minimum of ৳50.
• Maximum Bet Amount: Maximum limits vary by event and market. You can see the specific limit on your bet slip.
• Bet Confirmation: Once confirmed on the bet slip, bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Live Betting: For live match betting, some bets may not be accepted due to server delays.

If suspicious betting patterns are detected, fabji reserves the right to withhold payouts until an investigation is completed. Any bets found to be linked to match fixing or other misconduct will be voided.

In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one selection is void it will be removed and the remaining odds recalculated. If any selection in a parlay loses, the entire bet is lost.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on fabji:

Deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are generally instant. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 1 hour.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — funds sent from someone else's account will not be accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Average processing time: 14 minutes (for verified accounts)
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, large withdrawals may require additional verification. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at fabji. Individual promotions may have additional terms, which will be listed on the promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x. The exact rate will be specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus validity period: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Usage Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or bets meeting a minimum odds requirement.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

Fabji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended. For more details, Promotions page See.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fabji platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Fabji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw all remaining balance before doing so. For any balance left after account closure, please contact support@fabji.bet.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be charged after 12 months until the balance reaches zero.

08Privacy & Data Protection

Fabji takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We collect:

• Name, address, mobile number, and email provided at registration.
• Government-issued ID information for identity verification.
• Financial transaction details (payment method, amount).
• Activity logs and browsing data on the platform.

This information is used solely for service delivery, security purposes, and legal compliance. It is not shared with third parties — except in response to valid requests from legal authorities. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read.

09Responsible Betting

Fabji believes betting is entertainment — not a livelihood. We help our members build healthy betting habits.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily keep your account closed for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic notifications about how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

10Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact us first at support@fabji.bet. We'll do our best to respond within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

1. Please raise your complaint with customer support first.
2. If the issue is still unresolved, you may request a review by senior management.
3. If the issue remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from a third-party mediator.

Fabji's decisions are final in all matters — however, we are committed to acting fairly and protecting every member's legitimate rights. In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, the official result of the relevant match will be considered final.

11Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fabji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• The "Last Updated" date on the site will be changed.
• A banner will be displayed on the site for any significant changes.

Continuing to use the site after updated terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.
